Cuthbert Plumbing & Heating

Scott came to my house a few months ago to fix a leak under my sink. He was not able to see where the problem was coming from but tightened everything he could. A few months goes by and it starts leaking again. He came in as soon as he could and fixed the problem free of charge!

Called this plumber after a previous plumber tried to clear a bathroom sink drain and failed but charged $420. Cuthbert cleared the drain in 1/2 hour and charged us 2/3 of what the previous plumber had. We went with Cuthbert on the basis of BBB, Homesense, and Bestplumbers.ca ratings. In this case the ratings were absolutely correct.

I found Cuthbert plumbing via a google search when my garberator all of suddenly cut out. I emailed Scott and received an immediate response and we set up a time to meet. Scott was very professional, the quote for the new garberator was reasonable and he had it installed in under 30 mins. Payment was easy and I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and how easy and quick it was to get the problem solved. I'll be using Cuthbert plumbing again no questions asked.

Excellent service. Scott was very knowledgable, professional and personable. He fixed the problem with our dishwasher and also fixed a clogged drain we were having issues with. Scott also took the extra time to look at our hot water tank and humidifier which we greatly appreciated. We were extremely happy with his service and would recommend him to anyone else. So good to hire someone who knows what they are doing.
