Terrible customer service. I called the only number listed on their website to ask a simple question, but it ended up being the warranty phone line. The person I spoke to said I would need to call tech support to have my question answered. As the website has only one Canadian number listed, I asked for the tech support number. He said I would have to find it myself since he doesn't have access to that info. And a bit more back and forth, I gave up. Useless customer service. What am I supposed to do now?

I was recently given an RCA Microwave as a gift from my Uncle for my new place. I was having some issues setting it up and was directed to their call centre. Very helpful and professional! Hopefully I don't NEED to call them again but I was very grateful for their prompt and courteous service.

Bought a proscan over the holidays and it was missing the remote -Called -luckily didn't have to wait more 1 minute and they sent me a new Remote...I am happy with the customer service but the process is still way too long.

Excellent customer service!!! I used the call-back feature instead of waiting in Que, and was very surprised how fast this company called me back, seemed like, not even a minute. I had purchased a RCA Smart TV from Walmart about 6 months ago, which was still under warranty.The agent that called me was very professional, spoke clearly and apologetic regarding my TV. With her polite professionalism, I give her 5 stars!!!
