Cumberland Lake Park Campground

We had a great camping trip at the lake. The RV sites seem pretty jammed together. Kids had a blast exploring the woods and of course playing in the lake. Watch out for swimmers itch though, my wife and I both got it. We should have showered after being in the lake but we pretty much much spent the entire afternoon on the beach or in the water.

Another super friendly site on an idyllic lake. Certainly worth the trip and only let down by tired showers and washrooms desperately in need of refurbishment which staff said was planned for the fall along with new cafe facilities. We didn't hire canoes but loved swimming in the crystal clear lake. A lack of sewerage dump also let the site down a little, especially as we seemed to have arrived pretty much full. This should also be addressed.

We had so much fun at the beach we made it a priority to come back during our short visit to the Island. Beautiful scenery - even with the smoke. Clear, lovely water. The only thing I didn't care for was the fine but rather rough gravel for a beach.

Clean water, you can swim in a fenced area. Boat rental is available . Surely you can launch your own boat there too. Hiking trails need more signs.

Had a blast camping here both in the serviced sites as well as group site b! Prices are great, view spectacular!
