They will steal your money while smiling in your face. If your not experienced they will screw you big time.. One star is generous! -convinced us to buy the extended warranty for $3000, said it would be good if the frame ever had water damage as that would be very expensive.. read the fine print on the warranty after the summer camping was done and basically its a scam. doesn't cover a single thing on the trailer including the frame.. and.. cant cancel after 30 days. free money for them. -Sold us a cover for our 17' trailer for $700 as a part of the "package deal" after realising our loss with the extended warranty we thought we would return the cover to recoup some money.. brand new in box WITH receipt "best they could do" is $200 credit. said they wouldn't make any money otherwise.. same cover is $336 on amazon. it boils down to us not being experienced buyers and rushing, but man did they rake us over the coals.. Bonus: Every time we would pick the trailer up it was a big confusion as to who we were and why we were there even though we had arranged pick up time.. not a good feeling.

We bought our first travel trailer from Comox Valley RV a little over a year ago. So far our experience with this dealer has been good. I would not say fantastic, but I have no real complaints. When we first bought, the finance guy seems angry and insulted that we turned down the extended warranty. We have great credit and were also unhappy with the interest rate offered and decided not to buy. He said there was nothing they could do, but after some back and forth and a few days he was able to get the rate down to something we were happy with. I am not sure if he really worked hard to get the rate, or just played the "game" to see if we would settle, but at the end of the day we were satisfied. We have had a couple warranty issues over the past year and they were repaired to our satisfaction. The only advice I have for the service guys is to be more communicative. When the trailer has been in the shop for work, I always seem to have to phone to ask if it is done as opposed to getting a call to let me know I can pick it up. This is certainly not a big deal at all, but something that would make the experience better. My trailer is now slated for a major repair due to an accident (not my fault) so I am hoping that after that repair is completed I still have good things to say! I will definitely be updating this review once that is complete to share that experience (hopefully positive!)

They do not stand behind there products they sell and everything is over priced! There sale price is really a list, all smoke and mirrors.

We have had our unit to Comox Valley RV on a few occasions. One a major repair to the front overhang and it was an awesome job. You would not even know looking at the repair that there had been any damaged done. All staff were wonderful to deal with. Would highly recommend them for any work large or small.
