Crystal Run Healthcare West Nyack

Went to the West Nyack location for my prenatal care and I loved them. The facility itself is a state of the art building, brand new and very clean. Hardly ever waited and the doctors and staff were friendly, accommodating and thorough. Just made my first appointment, able to be seen on same day, for my baby with their pediatrics division. Very grateful to have found Crystal Run, which is so close to home and can feel so comfortable knowing me and my child are in good hands.

Very happy with this provider. With flexible payment plans for treatments not covered on insurance. Crystal Run makes it possible to receive quality preventive care. You cant ask for service - 24 hour phone reps.

It's very poor experience here for me They don't know what they r doing never call back for result and don't care after u went out of the building but they need money on right time. They ask first to me you r ready to pay this much amount then they twill start to do all the test. How is that very bad and rude Even emergency care they don't have doctor available even just assistant comes and go. Never explain anything why is happening what they going to do what they giving for medicine this and that just messing up with our health. My husband had endoscopy after that he had fever and chill they when we call them they said it's normal just take tynole But 3 days after also fever did not go so we went again in emergency care but there is no doctor. Only assistant comes and take blood work and x ray that also broken machine. After long time assistant comes and said everything is good u can take only tynole will be ok still doesn't work then finally I decide to go somewhere else after all this. It's really bad way running health care Building and looks good and facility doesn't work they need good professional doctors too. Need result not visit and visit and making money.

I've been with Crystal Run for 7 years but since they've changed to the West Nyack location I think very poorly of them. Don't get me wrong the staff and Doctors are wonderful but SEVEN times they've asked me to reschedule my prenatal appointments and weren't able to fit me in for the next 3 weeks!

First it took me over 2 weeks to get a hold of an actual person to schedule my brain MRI in the radiology Dept, time sensitive and I had to get transferred to about 3 people until I got a "director" who accidentally scheduled me in another office over an hour away!! I had to fast, I get to the west nyack building and nobody there can help me despite their tremendous error! So I get rescheduled in Middletown, drive over an hour to be told the time the other office scheduled me was wrong and I had to wait another 2 hours there. This was so poorly run I am just disgusted!!!
