Walkin Medical Urgent Care,New City

Doctor "Janelle" is undertrained and unprofessional. Needed a simple ear flush which she attempted and was unsuccessful at. She told me she couldn't do much else and sent me home with water in my ear that had been placed there by her. Couldn't hear the whole day - my ear was clogged and I woke up with an ear infection the next day. Other staff was friendly and helpful. Avoid this doctor she doesn't know what she's doing.

Waited over two hours for them to do a strep test on a Saturday AM. Absolutely mismanaged and completely disorganized. Receptionist had trouble processing basic paperwork. Understaffed and unprofessional. Do not recommend.

I recently was not feeling well, my primary doctor did not have any appointments, a friend of mine recommended Walk in Medical Urgent Care in New City. It was convenient right near the Hallmark store, and they are open 7 days a week. I was greeted by the front desk and they took such great care of me and registered me quickly. I met with the PA Dallas, she could tell I was not feeling well they did a rapid strep test and it was positive. Dallas called the prescription in directly to my pharmacy. I cannot say enough how pleasant the staff was, Josh and Anna they made my experience there a pleasant one. I would highly recommend Walk in Medical Urgent Care to my friends and co-workers.

I am a physician assistant myself and I went to this urgent care for a PPD test I needed for work and I explicitly inquired as to the cost of the visit and I was assured it would be covered. I now received a bill for $100 in the mail and when I called up and politely inquired as to why I am being billed after I was told it would be covered, I was told that no one would have told me it is free and they wouldn't budge on the price. Mind you my insurance already paid them $75 for an injection that cost $20 at a doctors office. Very dishonest office manager.
