Waitress was very knowledgeable and friendly. The only reason i put 4 instead of 5 stars is because the scrod took a little long to be cooked. But we were told it would be a few minutes, and it was very good once it came (get it with the garlic bread crumbs!). I was impressed that we were told it would take some time (instead of just leaving us in the dark about it). Quality of the food was excellent. Would recommend.

Place was packed but our waitress kept everything coming pretty quick. Service was friendly, huge menu with lots of different food, and a fair price. My wife's steak was cooked to perfection which seems to be rare for most restaurants these days. Will definitely come again.

Very racist patrons! On 9/30/17 I walked in and the entire bar stopped what they were doing and most made comments like "oh god" and "this is America" very loudly. The bar tender was closer to to them and I'm certain she heard them. I said nothing due to feeling uncomfortable and angry. We decided to leave because the kitchen was closed and a completely different guy yells "great! now all the chicken wings are gone!". Again the staff said nothing. I do not recommend this establishment for anyone that is not caucasion unless you have tough skin. I did nothing but try to bring them business and was not welcomed. Never in my life have I been treated this poorly. If I could take the last star away I would.

Best way to come home to Ashtabula after a long drive up route 11. Truly an American Treasure!

I love this place a little pricey but they have good food and they serve alcohol and have lottery thats a plus.
