The restaurant is clean with little eye appeal. Could use an interior decorator. Looks like a diner and I wanted to walk out but my husband encouraged me to try a meal. I was pleasantly surprised! I chose the Italian combination platter which was delicious. The pasta was fresh and sauce was very tasty. The meatball was good and the lasagna awesome. My husband got a chicken parm sandwich. The meat was tender and pan fried. What a pleasant surprise! Inexpensive yet very fresh and tasty. Ordered bean & ham soup. It too was packed with flavor. When in this area we'll be sure to stop again!

I always enjoy the food here. Family style and a lot of choices. Our garden club met for our February meeting and all of the ladies were pleased. Our server was great

Lakeway is a terrific restaurant. Staff is outstanding, always checking to if everything is ok. Food is the best. Home made, tasty, fresh and always plate filling. I love their italian breakfast sausage, one of a kind. The Italian food is the best. Good fish, homemade wheat bread, and the soups are really good. We recommend it to all of our friends. I would be remiss not mentioning the owners.....The Best.

Only good thing about our visit was the waitress! Hubby went to get scratch tickets while we waited for food..lady at register was RUDE! Food came out cut into fish and it was NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY! It was slimy! NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!

The food was okay I was not very impressed with anything the staff was very friendly this was a more try it once and be glad you tried it type place. We walked in through the back entrance which was almost like walking through the kitchen felt like we didn't belong but overall great staff pretty good food
