Story

Alessandro, a native of Sicily, has worked in restaurants in Florence as well. He makes the bread, dressings, and tiramisu from scratch, as well as his own veal, fish and vegetable stocks. Food is okay. Parents said pizza was bland. Mushroom ravioli was on the average to slightly above average range. Spaghetti sauce is on the sweet -basil side if you like that. The worse part was watching all of the "locals" get served before us. We sat for about 1 hour and 20 minutes before we got our food. We watched a table get their spaghetti before our two children's mini bowls of spaghetti. This table had only been there 15 minutes. Husband never got his meatballs on his pasta either. The chef is a one man team and we were directly behind the kitchen and waitresses, but that did not matter. When we are in this area, this will not be a return for us.

Had another great meal here. Had the Pork Osso Bucco tonight. Very good. The other meals our party of four had were equally as good. I highly recommend Alessandro's.

Absolutely wonderful food and service! Will be going back! We had a great experience here. Very cozy and cute interior.

This is a wonderful restaurant. Every dish is masterfully and lovingly created.The pasta is handcrafted,every thing is of superior quality and taste. All made to order.Imported desserts from Italy. The fish was superb as was everything. A true treasure

Long wait for food. Very expensive to take a family! Extra charges tacked on for everything! (Cheese on your salad, veggies on your salad, etc.) We didn't even order drinks and our bill was $90 for 2 adults and 3 young kids getting side orders. Service was not great and I couldn't even tell you our waitress's name because she never introduced herself. We hoped it would be good and become a regular place because we live close, but we will not go back there again. I can make better spaghetti at home.
