El Puente Mexican Restaurant

The food was pretty darn good. Nice portion sizes for big eaters like us. The house margarita was delicious. The food was reasonably priced. We came on a night where they had buy one entree get one 50% off! The atmosphere was nice and clean a little to dark for my comfort, quite a few of their bulbs were blown. The outside of the restaurant is bland and unassuming compared to the inside. The service was nice as well. Overall we had a very pleasant experience

Friendly service and fantastic food. Great place to go whether your looking for a couple tacos or a burrito the size of your face! Prices are fairly decent, though it's not exactly a place to eat every single night unless you'd like a hole in your wallet. Unless, of course, you're just in for a few tacos. Overall a great place. I'd definitely recommend it.

Took my wife here for her birthday at her request, even though we have been eating here 2-3 times per week for the last 5 years. We have always loved the place but this time was different. On 3/4/17 they went under new management, changed the menu, and nearly doubled the prices of everything on the menu. We eat out all over the country, almost every night and this was literally the WORST service we have ever experienced. Also, the food has suddenly gone from extraordinary to awful, as has the menu. To top it all off, we brought our daughter with us and although they suddenly no longer have any kind of kids menu at all they told us we could get her a hot dog but it was going to cost $7. We agreed, and when they brought her the $7 hot dog, to our amazement, they gave her only 1/2 of a hot dog! See photo of this When we asked why she got only a half of her hot dog, the manager told us that a whole hot dog was way too big for her and too big to be giving away for only $7. Overall, for me, my wife and daughter the same exact food we'd gotten a week earlier for $70 including tip cost $137 without a tip. Needless to say, we'll sadly never be back to El Puente.

My elderly parents & I were traveling today, stopping for dinner "somewhere". We saw the restaurant, all of us huge Mexican food lovers, and decided to stop. So glad we did! Delicious, authentic & genuine home cooking. The service was friendly & the facility was clean & nicely appointed.

Always great service food very authentic and delicious. Staff very courteous and knowledgeable.

Very good ingredients. Nice decor. Very nice waitstaff. I would have liked more customization options on the combos mix and match more types of enchiladas for example, but happy we dined here. Free WiFi.

My whole family absolutely loves this place. It is by far one of the highest quality places I've ever eaten. Extremely clean, well organized, and people friendly. The food is excellent! The owners, management, and staff are all so cordual, friendly, and helpful! Great place for all ages. I still haven't tried everything on the menu, but I'm working on it! I don't want to forget it is very reasonable as far as prices go. Definitely one of our major go to places.

We've gone twice and were not happy with the food. Services is good, prices are right. My husband had a pork dish and it was mostly fat and I had a fly dead..I'm guessing it was in the ice in my drink.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Potential food poisoning and management didn't care. Went with my husband, our small kids and bff. Thirty minutes after eating we started feeling suck and we quickly became sicker and sicker. Called my BFF and she was fine. Only my husband and I ate the shrimp and sausage. Called the restaurant and they were immediately on the defense. Said they had good food and it wasn't their food. They offered a refund, when we told them we spend $70 they said we had to go to the hospital and bring proof it was food poisoning and then they would refund half. We told them we did not want money, we wanted them to check their food so no one else got sick. Management was very rude. So blessed my kids and bff didn't eat anything bad. After a rough few hours last night we feel fine today. Management tried to tell us we had the flu.

Me and my family have gone there the past few years or so, and its always good. We get good service that's on the ball and always quick, the food is amazing and we keep coming back, their only issue is the ground beef, which could use some work, but they get everything else perfect
