Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

“Is there a negative sign” This place forgot to give us silverware also lost one of my friends food along the way. We walked in and there was no sitting room. I am having issues with my foot and should not have to be standing along with other people with health problems. Once we were seated we felt out of place. The waitress forgot us a few times. We received our appetizer perfectly. Then me and my other friend received our meal with no hesitation. But my cousin didn’t revive her food at all, so she said it will be out in a few. Twenty minutes later she comes back with the food. Although my cousin had a baked potato and no fork or knife. Once we finished our meal, she didn’t even come back for our plates. While we were waiting for our meal to be cleaned we noticed a dead bee on the table. This was the last straw. We decided to give this place one more shot, we got desert. Largest mistake made at this unsanitary area. It was upside down in the to-go container. Then to make thing even worse the electronic credit card scanner was turned off. Checking out took about 1/2 my lifespan. Worst food/service ever. This waiter was lucky she got a tip. Then just when we thought we were done our waiter spilled our glass of water and mixed our credit cards up with someone. She sweeper the ice under our table and told us “don’t slip”. So thanks Ora.

The food I ordered was delicious! BUT it was 330pm not many pple around. They had to be reminded 3x to bring something we ordered, no one came to refill drinks, and when I asked for a to go container I got looked at dirty and asked "what u didn't like it"?😡😡😡 hello if I didn't like it I wouldn't ask for a to go bag. And secondly I had a procedure and can't pig out like they expect. I'm so furious with this place. Will never eat there again! Too bad too because I did enjoy the food.

I was there the night of 9/30/17. All of the staff or like a breath of fresh air. I don't think I've ever encountered such friendly staff. The food was delicious and everything was clean. They deserve 10 stars.

The food was good, served in a reasonable time, my girlfriends chicken was a little cold, it was just a tad warm, but the price wad insane it was 53$ for me and her toget one apatizer and split a meal that is outrageous, but I will say it was easy to pay, if your looking for good food at a low price look somewhere else.

Friendly service. But my meal was a hot chicken sandwich, with Cole slaw and pickles. It was so hot I couldn't taste anything else.
