Story

Chris Mundt, Angie Mundt, Matt Ennis, Joe Mghenyi, Zach Danke, Katy Dennison, and Alicia Stulen are all CrossFit Level 1 certificate holders, and we are here to help you reach your goals inside a gym with all of the right details. We are here to coach, push, and encourage you along your journey to bettering yourself. This is the place to get in shape, get healthy, exceed goals, and have a blast the whole time.
