I absolutely love this workout!! - I literally have no time to waste at a gym and this is perfect for me. I get in, and 30 minutes later I am DONE!! - I get a Fantastic workout every time while trainers are encouraging me and helping me to stay focused. All I need to do is get there, they write the workouts, they change them daily and I get to train like fighters do. It's a really Fun and engaging workout. My gym boredom has ended - best workout I've ever done!!! - Everyone needs to check this gym out!

9round is the BEST 30 minute workout I have ever done! It's fast, effective, and FUN! I burn on average 400calories in just 30 minutes. No class times make little room for excuses! The trainers are amazing and push me to do my best! It is more than a gym, it's a family and the owner does the workouts right along with you! We're all on the same journey!
