Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center (DAHLC) serves all Mayo Clinic employees, program students, volunteers, retirees and spouses.

Story

Mayo Clinic is dedicated to providing quality facilities, services and programs to make healthy living accessible, enjoyable and affordable. The Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center provides an environment to help qualified individuals achieve and maintain wellness. Along with world-class facilities and equipment, membership gains access to the following programs, services, and amenities:
• Wellness coaching, programs and services
• Nutrition programs and services
• Group fitness classes
• Work-site wellness
• Relaxation services
• An indoor, three-lane track
• Women-only exercise area
• A four-lane, 25-yard lap pool and a separate pool for water-based exercise classes
• A dedicated cycling studio
• A café offering fresh, healthy food
• On-site licensed child care
• Spa-like locker rooms
• A large fitness floor with top-of-the-line equipment
Support from health and wellness coaches and group fitness instructors

On-Site Childcare-

1-3pm; Monday, Wednesday, Friday (Infant Care: 6 weeks – 3 years of age)
1am-4pm;
Saturday 8-4 (16 months – 8 years of age)
