CrossFit St Catharines is Niagara's #1 Athletic and Training Facility!

We are the most highly equipped CrossFit box in the Region with 10,000sqft of space to play! With 6 fully Certified and experienced coaches, we offer several programs such as:
- CrossFit Kids (Little Lifters & Intermediate Kids programs (ages 5-14)
- Parents 2in1 classes
- Mobility and Injury Prevention classes
- St. Catharines Barbell Club - part of Ontario Weightlifting Association
- High Performance Competitive team

The CrossFit model offers individual training in a group setting. It's challenging, it's inspirational and builds a foundation for life-long fitness.

We are also home to 3DHealth Solutions - our on site health and rehab centre. Our centre offers:

The gym is huge, the staff is great, and the community is really cool. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to do crossfit in Niagara.

What an amazing community to be a part of.  The coaches, the members,  and the facility itself are all pleasantly wonderful, encouraging, and motivating.  Every day I leave the gym, I can't wait to come back the next.

Never have I been at a gym where the coaches take the extra time to really go over what your individual goals are. This gym has offered mobility classes throughout the week and I have struggled with poor range of motion for years and I now see improvement with the help of crossfit St.catharines. 
Great community and very welcoming.
