Great training facility which has just recently expanded. I noticed more in endurance, strength and how toned I have gotten in 6 months at DSF, than 2 years at a regular gym. The coaching staff are great and they will scale all workouts to your abilities. I found all members to be very friendly and welcoming, I was at first intimidated my first class but very quickly I was welcomed without any judgement of my non-fitness background. Try a visit and you wont regret it.

Great place to workout but even greater peolple Michelle is always giving great instruction and pointers. Elsie is always pushing me to do more and challenge myself. Jay was very helpful in the beginning and made all the workouts very accessible. Jamie has always taken time during workouts to talk and give me pointers.

Hands down the best personal training and friendliest gym around. I don't care if you are 15 or 90, overweight or outta shape, fitness buff or looking to meet people....this is the place for you. You are guaranteed to fall in love with fitness and your new friends!!

It's hard to explain in words how awesome DSF is. Amazing coaches, workouts and community that motivate, inspire and make you want to keep coming back over and over again! I know I've progressed more at DSF in the past year than I would have anywhere else.

Great blend of high performance programming with scaling for every ability level. The community and the performance of it's athletes makes this affiliate a real standout in all of Eastern Ontario. Keep up the great work DSF!
