Anytime Fitness

I love this new gym. It's clean, bright, cool, and full of great new equipment. When you sign up you get a personal trainer to get you started. I decided to stick with my trainer, Stephanie, for a year. So far it's been fun, and she always has a nice variety of new workouts to try. Definitely one of my favourite gyms so far, CP is lucky to have a 24 hour gym, and a great set of trainers to keep you motivated and on track. 👍🏻👍🏻

I had been waiting for a place like this to open up in Carleton Place. You can't get bored in this gym ..there's such a variety of options for all fitness levels. The equipment and facilities are super clean, for sure.. but what I love most is the diversity of members and the staff's desire to make your visit worthwhile. Top notch!

This gym is absolutely fantastic! I have been working with personal trainer Stephanie Melbourne since signing up in August. She has constantly motivated me to reach my fitness goals as well as creating work out plans specifically geared to my goals, expectations, and physical capabilities. I cannot recommend her enough for anyone who is looking to improve their personal fitness. Thanks Steph!

Love the new equipment and how clean and uncrowded it is. Close to home and I can go anytime which is also great. Looking forward to being in better shape for 2018!

I started going to anytime fitness at the beginning of August. They offered 3 free personal training sessions, which I gladly accepted and my trainer was Steph. Steph was approachable, easy going but also could keep me motivated. She is the biggest reason I started at the gym and still continue to go. I would recommend anytime to anyone!
