Welcome to our NEW STUDIO! This is a child friendly fitness environment where you get to workout and still spend time with your children! What a great way to meet other like minded families and contribute to breaking down the rising statistics of child obesity!
You don't have to be a parent or bring your children to be a part of this fast growing facility. We do have many workshops and fun activities for the whole family planned out monthly. With an onsite esthetician, Meagan Lowry from Beauty By You, makes getting pampered a sinch!
