The desk lady was great! The room temperature was hard to get right. Just wanted to turn the fan off, but it just wasn't happening. Also, for me, the pillows were too flat. Not bad overall, though.
Super Irritated. I booked a room for April 6th in my little home town for one night. When I say little, i mean less than 1500 people. I tried calling the hotel directly but was immediately routed to a reservation desk. I didn't think anything of it because that seems to be the way things are done lately. I ended up paying $166 for one night. Which was really surprising since the town is so little. I needed the room, so I paid the rate. When i checked in the room rate said $119/night. I questioned that and the woman at the front desk gave me a mini lecture about using the reservation line, apparently there is a fee charged, and said i should have called the hotel directly????? which i did and was automatically transferred.............so essentially i got ripped off and paid an additional $46, no refund offered. DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM.
Room was clean and the beds were comfortable, would definitely stay at this inn again.
The owner is fantastic! You don’t find many places that actually care about their guests. The first time we stayed he was very accommodating with our late arrival and large trailer. He was extremely empathetic when we had to cancel last minute due to a family emergency. Hotel is great and service is outstanding!
Quite, clean place. Good breakfast, well stocked.
