Andy the owner is awesome to deal with. He replaced my screen in record time and is very quick to provide feedback. I ended up breaking my screen a few days after just getting it replaced. Andy fixed it free if charge!! Thats what i call excellent customer service and standing behind your product. I will go here for all my repairs and would def recommend them

I broke both the screen and the back of my Samsung Note 5 during an unfortunate fall on slippery ice. A friend recommended this repair place. Andy, the owner, was friendly, straightforward, and confident with the quote and the amount of time it would take. He also said they use original Samsung screens whereas many other places use refurbished. I decided to leave my phone with them and I picked it up two hours later good as new! Before coming here, I had visited other places who said it might take a week or longer - I also didn't feel comfortable with the other stores. When I came to pick up, the actual technician who worked on my phone came out and clearly explained what she did and anything else to be careful about. Overall Andy and the team we're very professional and their work is top notch! I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

After my iPhone took an accidental swim, I looked up the reviews and chose CPR. I explained the issues I was experiencing. I dropped my phone off and called back a few hours later. They had done diagnostic testing and resolved the problems. They did not need to replace the interior components as they thought they may have to. I was pleased that they were honest and did not try to charge me for work that was unnecessary but frankly, I would have never known was completed or not. I was impressed with the short time they needed the phone, and their honesty.

I had an iPad Air 2 for a screen repair which was done in the same day. The work was perfect...but the most important was the customer experience...extremely polite and honest. Also, they knew I wanted to give it to my son before his birthday, and they got the part/screen with supplier and went the extra mile to finish the work on time! The smile in the face of my son this evening motivated to write this review!

AMAZINGGG!! Brought in my Sony Xperia Z5 for a broken screen fix and was initially told it would take 2-3 days to order the screen for my phone they only had the black in stock and my phone is white I decided to drop my phone off anyway as the touch was no longer working so I couldn't use it regardless. I received a phone call the next morning saying that my phone is ready for pick up!! I'm so pleased with the customer service and the repair job is absolutely flawless. Thank you so much!! Highly recommend!

Received a competitive quote on an iPhone screen replacement. The technician informed me of the replacement and testing they would perform and this was completed within less than 45 minutes. Awesome customer service!

I asked them to repair the phone screen. They said they would do it within a couple days. Instead, what I got was 3 weeks of waiting. Then when I got it, they threw in a free case, and that would have been fine. EXCEPT the free phone case was to hide the fact that they used a subpar glue to put the screen in. Also, they smeared it all over my S6's back and front. Why did they even have to open the back up? Now I have a phone that is coming apart on both sides.

I went to CPR location in Newmarket and the service was excellent and efficient. I dropped my phone off with a damaged screen and was called to come pick it up within a few hours. My phone worked like brand new and I would definitely recommend this location for phone repairs!

I have had many instances to frequent this location, with having teenage boys and along with myself dropping my phone. Service has always been very professional and completed when they promised... sometimes as fast as 45min. My go to to cellphone glass repairs

Nice people and service. But my iphone 7 plus has been a disaster since the screen repair. The screen is terrible, I have to fix and retype a lot of sentences. Essentially I need to buy a new phone or go to apple to get it fixed.
