Hands-down the best customer service I've ever experienced . I needed a thorough chimney cleaning as well as a brand new damper and the work was done the day after I called to make an appointment. Edith was very kind and extremely accommodating, especially considering I needed to get the job done as quickly as possible. Their prices were fair as well. I would highly recommend this company !

County chimney came to our home on time in weekend schedule to cleaned our boiler and fireplace chimneys. They did awesome job and were very reasonable. They didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!

I am a first time home owner and I received and excellent service. The people were honest, explained everything in detail and scheduled my cleaning promptly, without having me wait weeks. They did not try to upsell me anything and what I can say is they were very honest.
