Nice place to spend an afternoon alone, with friends or family.Picnic tables , walking path and it is a  historical point of interest. Informative stops throughout, nice view of the rapids. 
Free parking at site.

Had a great visit. Lots of fun activities for children and they lend out baskets of picnic utensils and dishes!

Very tranquil spot.  Good stop for a rest/explore to break up a long drive.

Not much activities but very large site and perfect for a sunny afternoon. Shady spots to relax.
