Story

We are a 350 site campground with over half a kilometre of shoreline right on the St. Lawrence River. We have boat docks, a spacious sandy beach, full service restaurant and 200 seat water front pub and patio, beach side tiki bar along with all the regular campground amenities. During the summer months, every Saturday night we have live entertainment playing to all your favourite tunes! Come for a weekend or for the season!

They charge $10 to visits friends you get $5 back if you leave before 9 but you better not be a minute late. They often shut the cash down at 8:50 and not 9.

Great fun for the family. So much to do never bored. Food was awesome! They had friendliest staff that go out of their way to please you and the kids!

We just completed a Canada day weekend camping at Lancaster camping resort, Our experience is clearly one never to forget. We camped at the dry camp site lot 431 with our tent trailer a small family with 2 small children . These were the only camp site avabile at the time of booking. Due to the heavy rain fall the ground fell soft and very muddy which resulted our camp site ended up being completely flooded out. We can control the forces of nature. However the staff at Lancaster resort in my eyes went above and beyond to help us to try enjoy our stay and continuously followed up with us if we needed anthing else. We were unable to tow the trailer out because our car was stuck in the mud. They pulled us out with a tracker. And worked hard ( due to the availability) to relocate us to another camp site. All our wood we purchased was complete soaked in water which they replaced it with dry wood again. Although our camping experience was not a pleasurable one due to the forces of nature which was outside everyone control. But my applause to the staff for trying to manage the situation and aiding us to to their fullest capability. They offered a refund for our stay. Also offered a return complementary weekend stay to ensure we will walk away with a pleasurable memory of Lancaster camp resort. That is what you call amazing service. We particularly extend our thanks to Mike for all of his efforts. I would recommend this campground for the hospitality of the staff and the efforts put in place to ensure everyone has a memorable and enjoyable weekend. Btw the live bands entertainment in the evening was a bonus. My wife loved the 80's music band. Great service ! Lucarelli family
