Parc régional des Îles-de-Saint-Timothée

Park with a beach and play structure set in an evacuation basin area of a dam. There is a set of easy trails that loop around the islands with some interesting views of the lake. A bike path goes to the tip of one island that passes along a mysterious installation. not that secret Google will tell you!

Really loved the beach and the staff, super friendly.nnA stroll in the nature park is always a good thing to do and if you are into Ornithology, you can be blessed.nnAlso I did find some scuba divers, as a matter of there were as many as 20.nnWater was super clear / clean.

A great combination of wildlife and comfort. Here you can walk along the river and listen to birdsong, take a walk with the dog or play with the children on the playground. The beach looks well maintained.

Nice little park and in the summertime you can go to the beach there. Lot of rocks at the bottom of the beach though which would be fun if they had more sand and big old rocks. But in the winter time you can go snowshoeing there and when they have events. It's pretty nice most of the time free too big parking and the kids park is pretty cool too. Just wish you didn't have to pay to go to swim there. That's the only thing

Great walking paths. Kiddie parks on site as well as a few picnic tables and benches throughout the park. Sandy Beach in summer.
