Terrible Customer Service at Costco BakerynnI had an extremely disappointing experience at Costco’s bakery section. I simply asked for a fresh package of croissants since the ones on the table were a day old. Instead of assisting me professionally, the employee questioned why I wanted a fresh package, as if I was asking for something unreasonable. When I explained my preference, she muttered something under her breath, then proceeded to grab the package and throw it at me.nnThis level of rudeness is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect better service and common courtesy. Costco needs to address this kind of behavior—customers shouldn’t have to deal with disrespect just for wanting a fresh product.nnI hope management takes this seriously and improves their staff training on basic customer service skills.

A wonderful wholesale store where you can buy almost everything at a good price in big format. They have great business hours and their return policy is great. It is best to shop during the week to avoid big crowds in the weekend. I noticed that some items in some stores may not be sold in other Costco. Don’t forget to make a stop at the fast food stand for a quick byte a very low price.

The best place to do shopping for your home and your family. I like to go early to avoid the traffic.

Tried to buy croutons at Costco. The display had two prices – one lower, one standard. Upon checking, the product name and brand matched perfectly. Decided to go for it, but at checkout, it rang up at the standard price. The cashier mentioned they should either honor the lower price or give it for free – but nope, that didn’t happen.nnAfter checkout, they took the box back and told me I should’ve paid attention to the tiny numbers, not the name. Different codes, apparently. Well, if the numbers are all that matter, maybe just get rid of the product names entirely and let us shop by codes? Prices are high, and customer service is nonexistent. A clear 1-star – because they wouldn’t let me give zero

I have an injury and am incapable of moving heavy things.nI like buying appliances from Costco because they offer free installation and haul away.nnToday I bought a new washer and dryer and the delivery team refused to do the install because...n1. Washer water supply was Connected via a y-junctionn2. Dryer vent was not right next to dryer...even though the existing vent hose was already connected to wall.nBoth of these reasons are BS in my opinion.nn...Guess what Costco, this is the last appliance I am buying from you. You just lost the only edge you had over other appliance vendors.
