Costco Wholesale

One and only Costco center i have seen such roten and broken stuff and nobody cares. I have been there for last 5 weekends and every time this is the case.nTrust my wife has is that we can use Costco fruits and veggies with out washing. But after looking at this Costco its so scarry.nNo feedback papers also.

Best service ever!! Don’t think twice. Get your phone and plan from them. They have the best promotions And if you’re lucky enough, you might even fall on Kiara, THE best sales associate. She was amazing from start to finish. I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you Kiara.

Great location to shop at especially during working hours. If you're available between 9-5 this is the location for your everyday needs. They offer a wide assortment of food and goods. You can't go wrong. Very polite staff and I love the place.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but the staff attitude at the Pointe-Claire Costco has been consistently disappointingnnI’m a longtime Costco member and usually have great experiences at other Montréal locations. Unfortunately, I’ve had multiple unpleasant interactions with staff at the Pointe-Claire Costco, so I’m sharing two specific examples.nn1 Food court incident. While my family and I were eating, an employee pushed someone else’s paid cart right up against my leg, leaving me no space to move. I politely explained it wasn’t my cart and asked if they could relocate it. The employee shot back, “So what? Why can’t it be there?”—which immediately led to a heated argument because his tone was openly provocative and unprofessional. Beyond the disrespect, it’s also a safety/accountability issue to block my seat and place another customer’s purchases beside me.nn2 Flyer distribution at the entrance. On a separate visit, the employee handing out flyers gave one to everyone around me but skipped me. If she had simply said, “Sorry, I didn’t notice you,” I would have let it go. Instead, she rolled her eyes and asked, “Are you okay? Do you want it?”—which felt rude and dismissive. I replied that of course I wanted one and that she was the one refusing to hand it to me—how did that become my problem? She continued making comments as I walked away.nnI don’t encounter this behavior at other Costco stores in Montréal, where staff are generally polite and helpful. I hope management at this location reviews training on basic courtesy, de-escalation, and consistent, fair treatment of customers. I’m happy to provide dates and further details if needed

Came in for one thing. They had an abundance of it. I actually had choices. Even on a busy Sunday. We were in line a bit long but all cashes were open and cashier was still friendly. Also, found parking quickly. All in all a good experience.
