NON-existent customer service. I applied for Rewards card a week ago and still my information was not entered into their system, so I can't convert or transfer my points. I called number on the back of the Rewards card and they were absolutely useless, couldn't tell me anything and couldn't help. Just kept repeating that it is the store who has to enter my information into the system and call the store. Why do they even exist if they can't help! Then I called the store in Pointe-Claire, and of course, there was no one to answer the phone. After many attempts to reach someone I finally got lucky and the person answered the phone and told me to come to the store to find out what happened to my application. WHAT? Thank you.

The service at the Clinic Counter by Oper 3300 was exceptional good and curious.
Also the cashier in the men's section, Oper
127979 was also very nice. Thank you.

The selection of products they have from kitchenware, to fashion to accessories is interesting however very limited. e.g. they have lots of units of the very same dress... :(

I feel like every time I come here they have great sales going on! One of the nicest La Baie's I've been too!

I went to the Topshop inside the Bay. When I asked for the worker to check if the top I wanted was available in other store, she seemed bothered and was rude to me as she scanned by clothes.  Bottom line, try to avoid being served by a blonde middle-aged woman named "Soraya". Horrible service
