Winners

I think their rules are unreasonable and require unconditional acceptance by the guest. I bought three dresses five days ago, they were a set, one of them had faulty workmanship, I took it to the store today to return it and the cashier told me that I could only get a refund at the current price and only on gift cards, costing me almost $6$ directly. I think this is a very unreasonable rule, if it was a guest reason for the refund, it would be acceptable, however mine was not, it was a quality issue with their clothes that caused me to need to return them, all in all a very bad feeling and bad mood.

Ever since they moved to their new location, I find the store unfriendly and not very welcoming. Especially the personnel at the fitting room. Felt like I was always being watched and second-guessed.

Terrible experience at the Winners in Kirkland on Jan 8. The staff, Roxanna and Daniella, mocked me and made humiliating comments while processing a simple return. Their behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and felt discriminatory. Absolutely unacceptable.

This Winners is a decent store. They a lot of selections although some our limited. Its a big store you can walk around there for a while and they have decent customer service. The location is nice because its near the cinema and other stores and amenities and public transit is alright. I hope they improve on everything from A to z and that I hope its going to be here for a while.nnI would recommend.

I prefer this one, because usually is not overcrowded, and in the most cases they have my numbers.
