Costco Wholesale

As every Costco warehouse they always are well stocked with everything you may need for that season. The fruit of this location is always top quality and delicious. Definitely the best option for fruits and vegetables. I'm in the electronics the best choice is always from Costco as they have done there research for the the best choice and top quality especially when you add to it the Costco warranties and concierge and Technical Support Service it is definitely the place to go for electronics. Same goes to all Kirkland brand towels, wipes, diapers, paper goods, Essentials, housewheres and all other stuff from the Kirkland brand. When you see the Kirkland brand you know you can't go to wrong...

Excellent shopping available here and the staff are all bilingual so there’s no trouble when you need help in English. Prices are very similar but you pay more taxes than on Ontario, however, you can buy beer and wine! The selection on the other stuff is also amazing.

I think they need more variety in the outdoor/furniture section. They should also package meats in smaller quantities. Seasonal items come and go too quick! They should also do something about the propane tank refilling. When you find out your tank is expired you have to go back inside to get a refund since the refill is only valid for that day, or at least that's what they told me. They don't have the latest and greatest in electronics but I guess they don't care since people are buying them anyways! Parking is an adventure. Happy shopping.

Love this place . great to buy in bulk, amazing selection of meats of grade A cuts. Love of fruits and vegetables to choose from. Frozen as well. A great selection of everything from clothing to house products...cleaning supplies...etc. Make sure you know your prices of products in other stores, sometimes you may pay exactly the same if buying in bulk in others

After being a client for more than 6 years we have had the worst client experience possible. We ordered a pizza at the food counter and we were told that it would take from 10 to 15 minutes. After waiting for more than 20 minutes we approached the counter and ask the clerks if they know if our order is ready at which point one of the clerks tells us that he didn't notice the box for our pizza and instead of giving it to us he placed it for sale. He admitted it was his mistake and without apologizing just said it would be another 2 minutes. Surely it was never ready after 2 minutes and we had to wait extra 15 minutes (which at this point was already a total of 40(!) minutes). We approached the counter again to ask again at which point one of the clerks almost made fun of us when we said that we were waiting for this pizza for more than 40 minutes already (she said in a condescending tone that she was sure it was only 20 minutes and we were exaggerating). You can imagine our anger and frustration at this point. After finally getting our pizza we found the manager on duty and explained the situation. He agreed that it was not right however didn't offer any compensation - only told us to fill in the claim form and that he will bring it up with his manager tomorrow. I left my phone number and expecting a call back. Needless to say we were completely dissapointed by the service and lack of any sort of customer exeperience. If they lack in service for this type of thing imagine what happens when there is a major claim.
