Great place to shop for good deals and stuffs but always super stressful on finding parking spots..long lines at check out and checking receipts too..so annoying ..hate coming here !! no choice all Costcos are the same now..Montreal or Longueuil whatever

went in to change a battery and had one the greatest customer service experience with Santino.nnDude's very professional and courteous. Oozes professionalism and knowledge. very happy. it shows he's been there for 11 years.nnin all, great experience.

This is a direct reflection of the customer service I received in the self serve checkout. March 4 2025 I’ve always had a great shopping experience, been a customer for decades but today was the first time I encountered blatant disrespect from a Costco team member, a senior with burgundy dyed hair. It seems as though they were short staffed in self checkout with 2 team members for 4 lanes. My light was flashing for assistance, when I finally got the attention of the supervisor he told me they cannot attend to customers, they have to stay in their lanes. I’ve never patronized a store which such a ridiculous policy.nSeems as though their hiring criteria isn’t as rigorous as it once was.

This is something Costco management should review but seriously, we live in a world where technology is advancing. Yes, you have those flashy new Costco scanners at the entrance. Yes, I know the employees see your face on them. The issue I had and this happened a couple of times now is that I have my Costco membership on my Google wallet and it shows the bar code and I can scan it at the entrance and I know 100 percent the employee sees my face just as of I scanned my actual credit card. Some of your employees demand I scan my actual credit card? Why? It's the same thing. They give an excuse I can't use Google wallet at the cashier or self checkout but they are clearly wrong. Please educate some of your employees as some of us have embraced technology.

It would be nice that aholes don’t park in the electric charge stations unless they are chargingnToday there was even one guy in a gas powered car doublie parked in one spot.
