It’s far more inviting and better maintained than many other wholesale chains.nnOne of the first things that stands out is the incredible variety of products. Whether you're shopping for groceries, electronics, home goods, clothing, or even luxury items, the selection is not just large , it’s thoughtfully curated and consistently high in quality. Unlike some warehouse stores that focus on quantity over quality, Costco manages to strike the perfect balance between bulk value and premium products. But what really elevates this location is its customer service. Staff are courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, something you don’t always find in large retail spaces. Returns are smooth, and employees are always visible and willing to assist.nnI also appreciate the efficiency at checkout, which is often a pain point at other warehouse stores. This is a good place to do your groceries especially for large families. It has a very large parking spaces and you won’t need to worry about damages on your car.nCons: quite expensive, and you will need a whole day to shop at this place. For some people it is going to be hard to find items.

My mother, my sister in law n myself had the absolute pleasure of receiving outstanding service at the ladies’ clothing section, and I just have to shout out the incredible team that made our shopping experience unforgettable!nnFirst, a huge thank you to Miss Tina, she had a great customer service quality. She just knew exactly what we were looking for, almost like she could read our minds & found for us in thay big mix clothing bunch at the ladies clothing section.nnAt the register, Mr. Massimo and Miss Julia were just as exceptional. Their service was absolutely A1 — warm, professional, and lightning-fast without missing a beat. They made checkout feel less like a transaction and more like a continuation of the great vibes we experienced in the store.nnNot forgetting Bassel, being busy, took time to guide us finding the row we were looking for.nnThis dream team truly raised the bar for customer service. Great place to shop for good deals and stuffs but always super stressful on finding parking spots..long lines at check out and checking receipts too..so annoying ..hate coming here !! no choice all Costcos are the same now..Montreal or Longueuil whatever
