Well ,nI have been a client at this place for years.nI was queueing at the retour aux merchandise station . When I advanced to the employee Her name is Sonia , she simply left her position at the case , took her bag, and left !!! I asked her colleague why she left the case , and he said that she might be having her break ? So he asked me to take the other queue all over again .nThis incident tells you that some of the employees at Costco really need to be taught how to respect the customers, and they really need to learn some of the communication skills .nnDay of the incident 03 July 2025 .nTime of the incident 11.50 am .
Good shop for bulk goods. Will get fresh vegetables and fruits. Dry fruits are very good and cheaper than other shops. One star less because very big queue for billing.
Costco is a good place to shop. The store has a lot of products, from food and clothes to electronics and household items. Prices are very good, especially when you buy in bulk.nnThe staff is friendly and the checkout is fast most of the time. The parking lot is big, but it can be busy on weekends.nnIt’s a great store if you want to save money and buy quality products.
There are a lot of cons to this Costco. The main one I dislike is that the meat department doesn’t slice lamb as thin as bacon. Why is it so hard to do this? Costco in Point-Saint-Charles, for example, does it without a problem.nnThere’s also a noticeable lack of organic produce — no organic Greek yogurt, no vegetable chips.nn‼But the most unpleasant experience I had was with an employee named Vivian. For a while, I wasn’t feeling well, and my heart was beating three times faster than normal. Because of this, I had to use one of the store’s mobility carts, as I couldn’t walk or stand for long periods.nAs the store was closing, I wanted to wait for my cab for just 3-4 minutes, sitting in the Costco mobility cart, while other shoppers made their final purchases and left. But Vivian ran up to me and started yelling, demanding that I get up immediately so she could put the mobility carts away. I politely asked her to wait for just a few minutes and explained that I wasn’t feeling well, but she didn’t seem to care. Wasn't it hard to wait 3 or even 5 minutes?nI mean, all the people in the store hadn't left the store yet.nIt was a horrible experience, and I genuinely hope this employee doesn’t continue working with customers.
I usually shop at any of the Costcos early at opening time on any day of the week because there’s not a lot of people unless it’s before a holiday which I avoid going. I like going to Costco at Marché Central. It’s nice, clean, well organized, well stocked, everything’s always fresh and their customer’s service is good and friendly, I always feel welcomed there. The pictures were taken this morning. This summer I went to their optical center for the first time and their specialists were very helpful. This location doesn’t have a gas station.
