Apartment/condo searching can be very stressful and it wasn't at all because of Gavin. Very down to earth, very chill, and above all, very honest! He will help you find the house/condo/apartment that's right for you and not stop until you're happy. Very passionate about what he does and it shows.

I was worried about finding and buying my first place. Chris Marquez took the time to find numerous options that fulfilled my needs (which included an 85 pound dog). He never once pressured me into seeing options above my budget. He reassure me that we would find the right place that would meet my expectations . When I did find the right place and put in an offer, he answered all my questions and ensured all documentation was in order . Chris helped out so much that it made my first experience ideal! I cannot thank him enough.

Marlene has been the best agent I have ever worked with. Moving to a new country has it's challenges, but because of Marlene finding the right place was not one of them. Marlene was more than helpful in not only finding me the right place, but making sure I got everything set up and finalized. She was always responsive with any question I had, big or small and went above and beyond to ensure timely completion of all paperwork and coordination of all the minute moving necessities. Her enthusiasm and optimism made one of the most stressful activities a real joy. Regardless of whether you're renting or buying, new to the city or simply need to find a new place I would very very highly recommend working with Marlene and Core Assets Real Estate.

I moved to Toronto from Ottawa at the start of March and desperately needed a place to live. Thanks to Wyatt Negrini, we were able to find something that fit my taste and budget in a matter of weeks. Wyatt was considerate and caring, taking the time to drive around with me and look at all of the available properties. He also went above and beyond by negotiating with the other agents and getting me the best deal possible. When my lease runs out, I know who I'll be going to. Thanks Wyatt!!

This is a fantastic brokerage with a great deal of knowledge about the city, what goes into buying or selling a home, possible renovation activity that may need to be done, etc. They do it with a smile and keep things positive and realistic at all times. They're a pleasure to do business with.
