Steve Jelenic - Toronto Real Estate

Steve was fantastic to work with, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent. As a first time home buyer there are a lot of unknowns. Buying a home is a big decision, and Steve made the process a fantastic experience. Steve is an absolute professional. As you work with him, you can truly tell that he loves what he does, and enjoys helping others throughout the process. He comes on time and prepared to every meeting, and diligently works to make sure you have all of the information that you need and educate you throughout the process. Steve was a true asset in my first time home buying experience, and I would highly recommend him as a real estate agent.

Having decided to move from the States to Toronto, we were desperate to find a new place for us to settle in. That's when our friend recommended Steve to us. We still had a couple of weeks left before the final movement and we got in touch with him via emails. He always made sure to respond to our queries and understand our requirements throughout. On our very first meet, we were able to find a great apartment deal for ourselves. The whole process was smooth. We cannot thank him enough for making the move so easy on us. Looking forward to a long term relationship with him :).

I met Steve through one of my friends whom Steve had helped buy a great place. Needless to say, my friend had only great things to say about Steve! Buying our first house was not an easy decision. I don't even remember how many houses we had visited before finalizing the one that we did buy, and all that credit goes to Steve. He knows and understands the ever changing GTA real estate market very well, and gives you his honest opinion. The thing that stood out for me was that he works with you to understand what you're looking for, and then shortlists and shows you only those places. Anyone can setup an automatic alert on a real estate website, but the listings that Steve shortlists would have already gone through all your filters and all his filters. You'd want to visit all those listings, and i can bet that you'll end up buying one of them. He'll always reach 15 minutes before the appointment, and would spend more than enough time with you to evaluate every small detail of all the places you visit. Steve made our journey to buy our first house very comfortable, and i can't thank him enough for that. I'd recommend Steve to everyone i can. I'm sure that when and if we buy another place, he will be the first person we'll reach out to. Thanks again for all your help, Steve!

Hire. Steve. Now! We were referred to Steve by a trusted friend whom he helped find the perfect condo for in ONE day. While it took us a bit longer than that, we couldn’t have asked for a better agent and partner to help us through the process of moving back to Toronto from New York. Steve was incredibly patient and practical, helping us to re-evaluate our search criteria (many, many times) and adjust our expectations as we learned more about our options in the market. He visited units on our behalf and facetimed us when we couldn’t make it back to view something that we were excited about. When he finally found the perfect place for us, he managed the application and negotiation process like an absolute pro to help us beat out 4 other offers. Throughout that time, Steve was personable, friendly and always responsive. A lot of agents can claim they know the market and how this whole thing works, but I think Steve can claim he’s mastered it. He’s unique and bound to be a star in this city. If you’re lucky enough to get his time, you’re on the right track in not only getting an incredible place to live, but also a great friend along the way. Thank you Steve!

Bumped into Steve at an open house and couldn't be happier with the result. He was able to help me find a great condo at a price that I think is significantly under the current market value in the neighborhood. Super hard working guy who made himself available every day to see new places as soon as they came on market, and one night was even sending me new places he found off market at 10pm! I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a realtor to work with Steve.
