Eddy Prekazi was fantastic and got me the place I wanted on very short notice. Was able to answer all my questions within minutes of sending email or text. Definitely would recommend him to anyone and will use him again in the future.

I am very pleased with the services provided by RE/MAX Condos Plus Corporation Brokerage. In particular, the services of our Real Estate Agent Helen Chu was instrumental in me being able to purchase my first home. The services and advice provided to me by our agent was first class. Our agent was willing to help me at all hours and this greatly aided me in my search for a home. I am very pleased with RE/MAX Condos Plus and the services of our agent and will gladly recommend both to anyone in need of real estate services.

Terrible, terrible service from Agent Biljana Stankovic. Made errors on the Lease Agreement, is a terrible communicator (does not comprehend the english language as well as is required to deal with finer details of negotiating). When tenant that she found broke the lease agreement ( not her fault), I spoke with her Broker for advice. He told me to contact Bilijana to discuss, which I did. She would not return my calls, and then sent an email telling me that she was too busy, and to find someone else. I understand that Agents rent condos as a courtesy and do not make much money from the transactions. However, she has a "slam-dunk" attitude which I find very unprofessional.

Kenny Shim is perhaps the best real estate agent around. I needed a place to rent in downtown Toronto in an extremely short amount of time, and Kenny made it feel like a breeze. He took this burden of making this incredible feat happen while reducing my anxiety anyway possible. Before showing units, he made sure to understand my criteria very well so that I see only the units I might choose. For each unit, he mentioned all of its negative sides, which helped me tremendously to make a decision quickly. Kenny is extremely professional and friendly. He got me a place I liked a lot in a day. If you have a strong application, I highly recommend getting help from Kenny.
