The task was buying my first home. Grange Real Estate in particular Dwight Grange assisted me in navigating through the processes' of home ownership. The process went smoothly and I was happy with my new home. I looked to Grange Real Estate to help me sell my property when life circumstances had changed. Again, the process went smoothly. Dwight had a keen eye for detail and walked me through the process of selling. He was knowledgeable of the housing market and the trends that impact it. I would recommend Grange real estate to anyone especially "property virgins."

My real estate search was difficult until I contacted Dwight Grange and the team for assistance. They asked all the right questions and before I knew it I was moving. There amazing.  Try them you will not be disappointed!

This was by far one of the best experiences I've had working with a real estate brokerage to find a place to rent.  At first I was a bit sceptical about how helpful the agent would be since I wasn't spending big bucks and was only looking for a rental.  Surprisingly, I was very impressed with how I was treated. The agent was very knowledgeable about the areas in Mississauga that I was interested in, and he was very patient (because I can be a little picky).....I found a very nice place after a few outings and I was quite happy with how painless the whole process was. I would definitely recommend Grange to anyone I know looking to rent/buy or sell their home.

I've work with Dwight Grange for more than 17 years and I found that if you have a situation, issue or problem, Dwight has always provided me with insightful and creative solutions. Dwight is a creative out of the box thinker who goes the extra mile to ensure that your needs and concerns are addressed. Unlike many real estate professionals I've dealt with over the years, I found Dwight to be, by far professional and obsessed with customer service excellence. Thanks Dwight.
