Due to an unexpected illness, I had to cancel a reservation last minute. I called and left a voicemail and rather than a call back, I received an email cancellation. I sent a follow up email asking to speak to someone and received no response. I called again twice and always got a voicemail. We were very excited to stay at the Cooper Inn and were hoping to book again at a later date, but due to the complete lack of customer service and the fact that they do not answer the phones or respond to any correspondence we will be booking somewhere else on our next trip to Cooperstown.

Stayed in one of the connecting rooms with my family - the rooms were fantastic! Very comfortable and clean, with great service as well. We were here for an event, and they were so helpful in helping us to steam our formal clothes. The location was very convenient as well - we were able to walk everywhere downtown!

Classy, old-fashioned decor. Helpful staff. Accommodating to requests. Super facility physically, river running behind, very scenic.

Beautiful and well appointed rooms, staff was friendly and courteous; beds extremely comfortable. Upper rooms above the lobby are the best.
