I recently had the wonderful experience of dealing with the Mexican Consulate in Toronto. It was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful; from the receptionist to all the other individuals whom I dealt with thereafter. As an individual who spent all of his working career dealing with issues that are sometimes very sensitive, I must commend those individuals who did adhere to addressing these kind of issues in not only a professional manner, but with a smile on their face. True professionals who went above and beyond what was asked of them. I hope that any reader of this comment on the professionalism and friendly caring attitude that these people provided to myself, realize just how hard it is to achieve this. In summary, my experience with the Mexican Consulate in Toronto Canada definitely rates as a 5 out of 5 stars! Well Done!

I had a great experience with the consulate of Mexico. They process my request extremely quick. The environment is pretty nice as well.

They're useless. Can't even pick up the phone. I'm wondering if it's worthy their's presence here. Couldn't get help.

My experience with these people has been horrible at best. I went into the office, which is 2 hours from my home. They said they couldn't help me as a "walk in" and that I need to book an appointment and gave me a number to call. I called the number many times and left my contact information....to receive no return phone calls. I am utterly disappointed with the "customer service"

Is always horrible. I don't know why this lazy people get paid for if they never know anything. Please make this people work!!
