The staff is so rude , Francis was very disrespectful to us . To stick up the middle finger to a client is unexplainable! Second time at this gym and was refused because I didn't bring a second pair of shoes . The first time I went nobody ever told me this rule so I got no warning and no exception . We even explain this to him and he didn't even care that we had to lift to get back home or anything he just told us to leave . Extremely rude . Will definitely be taking this to the head boss

Terrible service. Highly recommend avoiding this place. Was refused entry because I forgot my pass card for only the second time in 11 months. Receptionist was not trying to help me, but was aggressively pushing for me to spend more money on another pass card. Shameful. Avoid this place, I would not go back if it was free.
