Very clean gym, polite staff. As someone who's been to multiple Econofitness from laprairie to Gatineau, what would help is a equipment upgrade and adding a platinum zone, it would bring life to the gym, all in all great place to train, Very busy after 4pm with younger clients.

Very small gym but well equipped, i went there on a Sunday morning i couldn't imagine training at that place at 4pm on a Monday.nThe shower are so small you can barely fit in them, the shower have a private changing room but so small you can't use it.

Usually if there's a smell in the shower I can bypass it and it goes away but these showers stink and they stink real bad. Something is definitely wrong with your plumbing. I would suggest you go in the phone book and pick a random guys company to come look at it. You need a plumber ASAP that CANNOT BE GOOD FOR THE BUILDING.nnbesides that..nnThe showers are regular stalls, it is nice you have the velvet curtains and also a place to change when your done your shower. Also there is a primary curtain blocking you off from the rest of the changing room so that's a nice feature as well. The pressure is great the temp is ice cold and steamin hot.nnThanks for the showers econo, you really gotta get that smell fixed though. I hate when I come on here and have to give my minimum 4 stars. Your such a great gym you deserve all.the praise.nn-shower guy

Machines are constantly broken and sometimes take months to be fixed. I have complained before and was told by administration that they do not work with spare parts. It seems there is no maintenance and they do not care. All photos posted were taken on same day 6 machines broken same time, 2 are the only leg extension machinesnn++ open hours 24/7 and pricen-- old machines / always broken , hang out place for teenagers, floor and loockers always dirty
