Great gym with amazing staff. The gym is one of the best around. It’s clean and they take great care to keep the machines clean and in great condition. You will find everything you need from weights to free weights to cardio equipment. They have a great selection of modern equipment and really keep up with what’s “in.” ***Amazingly LGBTQ+ friendly. I would also add that as a masculine woman this was one of the few places that I felt comfortable and safe in the change room.

I love this gym! I finly found a place where I feel comfortable working out. The staff is amazing, always smiling and they are very knowlegable. It is a spacious gym, very clean and a lot of machines. The group classes are always super fun and such a good workout!

Always clean and good equipment. You have your choice with trainers and style of programs. Want results? It's a good place to start.
