Nautilus Plus Delson

I’ve been a Nautilus Plus member for over 4 years, and before COVID I used to train regularly at downtown locations, so I know what the normal cleanliness standard should be.nI understand that winter in Quebec means snow, slush, and dirt everywhere, but even so, the downtown men’s locker rooms were still reasonably clean. You could walk in with clean workout socks and not worry about them getting filthy.nUnfortunately, Nautilus Plus Delson is a completely different story.nThe men’s locker room floor is extremely dirty. There are small rocks, mud, and melted dirty snow clearly brought in from outside. The photos I attached speak for themselves.nYes, there are signs saying boots are not allowed inside the locker room, but it’s obvious this rule is not being enforced at all, which shows a serious lack of supervision and cleaning standards.nIf you’re thinking about signing up here this winter, my honest advice is:nbring extra clean socks, because you probably won’t want to step on this floor with fresh ones.nVery disappointing experience for a long time member.

I went there for an annual subscription, but the girl at the reception was very rude. I asked about the differences between the subscriptions, and she seemed unhappy to assist me.nIn the end, I didn’t get any subscription.nThey put kids at the reception instead of helpful employees who could actually encourage people to register at this gym

Great gym! The staff and members are all friendly and welcoming. The equipment is complete and well-maintained, and the whole place is always clean. Really good environment for working out.

Got to give it to them. It s a nice place to work out!
