Horrid. They booked me at the Lynnwood Clinic when I specifically asked for the Edmonds one. I was trying to take our foster baby to the same doctor she had gone previously. BIG MISTAKE! When I got there the receptionist was unhelpful and lacked customer service skills. She wasted five minutes of my time that I could have used to get to the lynnwood clinic. In the end I had to walk out while she was still yammering on. I guess she felt like she could treat me that way because its a clinic for low income people. How sad.
