I have been a patient with Airport Way Dental since 2013. Since the day I came, I have been treated with kindness and honesty. From dental health to billing, my experience has always been pleasant. I have always had my questions and concerns addressed and there was never any hesitation or pressure when I have asked for a referral or a second opinion. I am very happy to have chosen this office. The service has always been top notch and Dr. Lee and the staff, especially my BFF ;-), are the best!

I've been going to Airport Way Dentistry since I had teeth and I would never go anywhere else! I completely trust Dr. Lee and his team with my smile. Lisa is also always so warm and friendly. When I finally had to get a crown on my front tooth I knew I would be in good hands. It turned out absolutely perfect! They matched the color and tooth so well that my family couldn't tell which tooth was the crown. Dr. Lee and his team also go out of their way to ensure you are pain free. I can be a little squeamish with dental pain and they could not be more caring. Thank you for keeping my smile beautiful!

Stay far away from these money hungry scammers. I don't even know where to begin with how horrible these people are. I'll start with the fact that they lied to me about being in network with my insurance causing me to pay extremely high out of pocket expenses. They're very high pressure when it comes to recommending unnecessary dental procedures and selling you "oral health" products they say you need. I was told I needed a deep cleaning (below the gums) that I just had done not even a year prior and is usually only required once a year. All so my insurance would pay them more money than a regular cleaning that's covered 100% by my insurance. Then they suggest re-doing a filling I've had for a few years because they think it should be re-done without any legitimate reason as to why. I went to a different dentist for a second opinion who assured me there's nothing wrong with the filling and it doesn't show any signs of decay. Shortly after, I had a routine cleaning scheduled as well as an appointment for the dentist to re-do this so called filling that needed to be re-done. I came down with the flu and courteously called to cancel my appointment with more than enough notice. The receptionist asked if I'd like her to hold a spot for me the following week. I said I would need to check with work before confirming because as a nurse, my work schedule can fluctuate depending on patient and provider needs. I never got back to her to confirm any appointment because I didn't feel these services were a priority in the first place. A few weeks pass and I receive a bill for two broken appointments totaling $100. I called to speak with them and the receptionist was very rude to me. She told me she made this appointment for me and I no showed. She even read generic appointment notes stating I rescheduled from a previous date and my insurance was changing soon. I told her I never agreed to any appointment, especially on a day and time I'm not even off work and also that the notes don't make sense since my insurance is still the same to this day. She refused to take any responsibility for this random appointment and instead stated she would never book an appointment without confirming the patient was going to be able to make it. I assured her I understood and that I would also never book an appointment on a day and time I know I won't be able to make. She told me she would speak with the Dentist and let me know what he decides on waiving the fees. She called me back several hours later to tell me that the dentist will only waive the fees if I agree to have the services he recommended done. This would have cost me roughly $200 out of pocket after my insurance is billed. So basically they get their way one way or another. They either make me have these services I don't want done or they charge me $100 for appointments I apparently made and no showed. I hope their measly $100 is worth the bad review. This proves these people are only out for money and it's clear when speaking to the rude, ill mannered receptionist/clinic manager. It's funny trying to listen to the bullsh*t excuses she comes up with to try and make these services sound necessary when clearly she doesn't know what she's talking about. These people will scam you into having unnecessary things done just so they can get some money... and If you choose not to have the recommended services done, they come up with fake appointments and charge you for not showing up for them. How desperate can these people be? I've contacted the better business bureau to file a complaint with them as well. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Don't fall for their free $50 gift card for new patients. It's not worth all the crap they put you through.

I've always been apprehensive about going to the dentist. That is, until I saw Dr. Lee at Airport Way Dental. Not only is he honest, but he genuinely cares about his patients, takes the time to really explain everything in depth and then ensures that you are comfortable and pain-free from beginning to end. His assistants and hygienist are equally caring and professional. Lisa at the front desk is super sweet and also makes sure that you are well taken care of. I will only be allowing Dr. Lee and his staff to take care of my teeth from here on out.
