I went to CHC because I was told they were a low income health clinic...it was a NIGHTMARE! first, I was told the appt would be $200, but to my surprise it equaled closer to $800 after just two appointments! I filled out an application for assistance for low incomedot-dot-dot on three separate occasions and they stated that they couldn't find them and I needed to do it again all three times. On one of the 2 appointments the nurse practitioner gave me a prescription for a generic drug that turned out to be exactly the drug that I am allergic to. I didn't know (because it didn't read caution this is a sulfa drug... And gosh I'm not a physicia ) so when I became very very ill I contacted them the nurse practitioner chided me for not being familiar with the generic names of drugs that I am allergic to rather than apologizing for her error. She did admit that she just failed to read my file because she's so busy. For about the same money you can get an appointment with a reputable doctor. This group has absolutely no interest in serving lower-income families in Snohomish County... But they just built a second lovely building worth millions of dollars to have their facility...

I didn't want to say anything but the pain made me to. I just moved from Dallas Texas 3 months ago, don't know much about this area.... i found it online, called them.... just because i wasn't in their system, she told me to do a walk in alright.... but before I could finish talking, she talked over me n said thank u for calling bye n hung up on me!

Lavonne (an ARNP) at the new CHC clinic is absolutely phenomenal! Smart and quick as well as possessing a lovely bedside manner...I feel privileged to have her as my preferred provider. I also agree that the front desk staff are great.

Wish I could rate zero stars. After calling in with extreme tooth pain, I was told the next available appointment was in one week and 2 days for an extraction. I begged to be put on the call in list for cancelled appointments. I called daily with no luck. This is the second time this has happened even though they claim to have walk in emergency services. While waiting I ended up in the hospital twice shortly after with a very bad abscess that required IV and oral antibiotics and a cat scan. My face was swollen 8 times it's normal size on one side. Also Chc does not offer pain medication even after difficult extractions if you are on medicaid which is completely biased and prejudice. They tell you to take ibuprofen and send you on your way. The pain I was in for over a week was worse than labor and delivery. If you are on medicaid and want prompt service and to be treated right go to the Everett dental clinic on casino road

Only good thing about the dental office is the call center. They take care of my concerns as much as they can the manager makes time for you.The dental office takes forever to an appointment scheduled. They are unprofessional. I am trying to get a hold of Lucy the manager at the dental office in 112th about an urgent matter and she isn't responding. My husband referral was not completed right. They are not keeping up with what he needs completed. They said he wasnt go on probabtion and in the end they did with no warning. I can go on. Please dont use this office unless you want a slow response time, long wait times, and have very unprofessional people try to help
