Dr Smith and his MA Denise, were so nice. Especially Denise. The young lady who sits at the front also sweet. So where's the problem? Right here..the appointment was for my step mother. When we were finished with her check up She went to sit down, with her oxygen until I was done with check out. She just wanted to go home. Meanwhile I'm in line to check out. I have her coat, an empty oxygen tank and trying to fill out the rest of the forms, while standing. I hear next, and I walk up to Esther (i believe her name was Esther) So to make a long story short. She tells me my step mom needs to fill out the form. I told her I usually do it since she doesn't speak English. She then tells me that she needs to do it. I said ok, but how do you fill out this part. do you checked each one, do you write yes or all of the above, she says again she has to sign it. I politely.say, I understand but what does she put on this spot. She flipped out. Grabs the paper and says I need to call the language line. Again not wanting to make a scene, I said ok. Step mother wants to go home, but I'm waiting for a language line, and waiting. I ask nicely do you know how much longer? I was told soon. Then I say I can't stay any longer she's not feeling good and I might need to bring her to the ER. Now the manager comes over, clueless to what's going on. And I said all this cause I asked a question? Manager tells me I can fill out the papers another time. I said ok, but this is ridiculous, I asked a question. So we're walking to the car and I thought. This was our first time there, and if they act the way Esther did over a question, I don't want to find out what she's like if we waved and said hello. Yes folks that bad. I go back in and tell the young lady I want all our paper back. Dr comes out and he was very upset and asked what happened. I told him and he knew who I was talking about. Then his awesome medical assistant came out with all the forms. She too wanted to know and I told her. So there you go. What a joke.

Beautiful place. It’s very clean and very fast service. First time I read the reviews I thought its very bad and that in going to take such a long time but I only stayed 3 minutes and was called in. Love it

I have torn cartilage in my knee. It has taken three MONTHS to get an x-ray and an MRI ordered and I still don’t have a referral to an orthopedic surgeon. This should have been taken care of immediately. Repeated phone calls and visits are useless. Now I’m filling complaints with the insurance companies and calling the news and the better business bureau. I’m done with these jerks.

Bad communication need paperwork a month ago and they just got it done today...smh I am going to another place...
