This place is horrible. I've been trying to reschedule an appointment for two weeks. I've left messages with for my therapist, and have yet to get one call back. I called to see if I can switch therapist, and had to leave a message for the supervisor. I have yet to get a call back from the supervisor either. If you're in serious need of treatment, find some place that takes treatment seriously. Receptionists are rude and unfriendly. Come on ladies, you answer phones for a living, have some etiquette it's really not that hard.
