Dr Kelly and Jaziri are great but I switched providers because I could not put up with the receptionists Chris and Caren anymore. They are rude, talk bad about patients after getting off the phone with them, roll their eyes, and huff and puff because they are always in a bad mood. I’ve never seen receptionists hate their job so much. I used to be one and it’s a hard job but you never threat the patients/customers badly for no reason or any reason at all! Most of the people that go here are already going through a tough time. These women made me feel so upset almost every time I went there and for no reason. I’m not the only one who has experienced their attitudes before. Save yourself and your money and go somewhere else! Sucks because I really liked Dr. Kelly!

My experience here has been great, so far. I have seen many psychiatrists in my life but my current doctor is great. I am here for a variety of reasons and truly feel I am in good hands. All of the staff are truly kind.

Had an appointment at 3:30 for my 7 y/o, one hour later we’re both still in the waiting room. Secretary says we’re next on the list, but then three more people are called in before us. Still sitting here.

The care is fine, but the receptionists and those who work in the office are consistently rude. I hate when I have to call and deal with them.

These are doctors who care about their patients. They are professional and knowledgeable and I am glad I chose them.
