I stay there once a week. Rooms are adequate. Staff are pretty nice. Internet is spotty. When it works, it works fine. And then it'll stop working for like 5 min or so. Other than that, no complaints.

Great hotel. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. I arrived way too early in Orillia but I asked when I could check in. The lady told me check in was at 3:00pm but she was nice and gave me my room 6 hours sooner than the check in time. Now that's going all the way for a customer!! Thanks for a great stay. I'll be back for another visit to this hotel on my next trip to Orillia. A+++

Convenient location, lots of dining options around, with a nice complementary breakfast . Ample parking , with spots next to the building and if you have a ground floor room easy access through the patio doors.the staff was friendly and accommodating starting breakfast earlier than the listed time . Overall a nice place.

Room was clean however the coffee pot was disgusting with leftover coffe grounds. AC was very nice and cold, shower water was hot and decent pressure. Only issue I had was with the pillows, they were 4 small pillows which in my opinion was uncomfortable. Very good breakfast selection for the rate of the road. Hot eggs and bacon with make your own waffle. Juice, toast, cereal and yogurt all available. May want to go early as the dining area is limited. Overall a good stay experience.

Usually a good visit. Unfortunately this trip the bed was like a rock and the room was not properly cleaned. No one at the front desk when leaving to inform them of our disappointment.
