This is one of the nicer hotels in the Orillia area partly due to limited selection. It is a Best Western so you can vary quality but this one is kept clean with good staff. Banquet facilities are decent and reasonable price for functions. Would return in the future. The main reason I score this as a 3 is more because of it being a Best Western and not one of the nicer hotel chains. It has nothing to do with bad experience.

I would recommend Best Western and Mariposa Conference Centre to anyone especially anyone travelling with their pets. The rooms are clean and large and there's no pet smell from previous animals. They have a beautiful area out back to let you animals go to the washroom. I can honestly say everyone must be picking up there dog poops as I've never seen any in the grass. The food at the restaurant is exceptionally good and the prices we found for breakfast and supper were quite good. We usually stay there a couple of times a year and believe me if it wasn't clean even with our pets we would not be staying there...I would recommend this place to anyone.

Pretty good place to stay.  Beds very nice - not old saggy ones.  The staff is very helpful and friendly.  The only improvement I can suggest would be to offer a free breakfast to guests as many of the other hotels do.

Room very nice, bed very comfy, bathroom floor very cold. Pool way too shallow(3 feet deep), cold, hot tub not working, sauna not hot. As a one night get away to relax it failed!

Good food!  Good people!  You wont be disappointed.  My favorite Thai place to eat just down the road
