The hotel is very nice. Good amenities and location. The staff however is outrageous. Snotty middle aged females that try to abuse their "power" as front desk clerks. The manager Laurie and her second in command Nancy are as worthless as a foot on a forehead. The only person on staff that is worth speaking too is Brittany the trainee. If she were not on staff we would switch hotels in the first day. Hopefully the owner finds credible staff to run this establishment sooner rather than later. This will be the last time we stay in this place.

Stayed at the Comfort Inn in Plainwell, Michigan. The bed was nice & comfy and the breakfast was cool... Loved the make your own waffle station!

Beautiful hotel. Clean. Great atmosphere. Amy (the breakfast lady) is the sweetest. The pizza place next door gives a discount when you stay at the hotel. Only down side ascot the hotel, no elevator for the second floor

Decent room overall. Nice (but small) bathroom. TV was on lockdown so couldn't use our streaming devices. Quiet.
