Comfort Inn

Yes, this is a Comfort Inn. Yes, it is an older building and decor. But, will you sleep in a comfortable bed, with a clean room, enough towels... and to top it off, the friendliest, most helpful service you could ever receive..... YES! From the moment I walked in, I was treated top notch. The staff here make this place! They helped me when I was checking in with a wiley 4 year old who had to use the bathroom and my credit card wasn't working. They had a smile on their face and asked me how I was every time I walked through the doors. They let us use the breakfast room to gather as a hockey team at lunch and dinner. They made a personalized sign for our team when we won our first game. And.... they serve breakfast. Thank you Comfort inn staff!

Great stay, clean beds and bathroom. Lovely and friendly staff. An okay breakfast included. Reliable wifi. I was worried about bugs but didn't see any. Refrigerator and microwave in room were so helpful! Was pleasantly surprised with our stay. No elevator though.

Overall Disappointed with my stay at Comfort Inn. There was no prior notice about major building work when I booked directly with the branch. Our room’s window was completely blocked due to maintenance, and even after raising it, no discount was offered. We were traveling with family and it felt closed-in and suffocating. Also, there’s no elevator, which was a real inconvenience with a child and luggage. Would have appreciated proper communication before arrival.

Everything you would expect from a comfort inn. We had a hockey tournament in town and this location was perfect. Easy access to everything, all the basic amenities, great price. The staff were fantastic and so understanding, I’m not sure if I should say this, but they even opened the dinning area in the evening so a group of us could watch the Blue Jays during the World Series.

BEWARE OF BUGS!!nnI recently stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed and disturbed to find not one, but 2 bugs!!! I found one in my bed as I was preparing to go to sleep see photo. This really put me off and I called the front desk immediately. I had killed the bug and put it in a paper towel, as the front desk attendant directed me to, and so I did. Once I presented her with the bug she simply brushed it off telling me it wasn’t a bed bug but instead, another kind of bug. As if this was somehow better!?nnThe attendant did nothing to accommodate the issue such as a fresh set of sheets or a new room and no apology for any kind of bugs!! I went back to the room, just to find another bug and was completely disgusted. I managed to stick it out the rest of the night but it is safe to stay I will NEVER be staying here again.nnI had originally taken a video but I can’t upload videos so I provided a picture.
