My entire experience from start to finish was exceptional! I filled out an online request for a quote on Sunday night and my carpets were cleaned by Tuesday afternoon. Betty D. was superb! She Was very efficient at explaining the entire process, the different options for carpet cleaning, and her customer service was excellent. The technicians called to let me know they were 20 minutes out and arrived on time. Phil Lambert and team were extremely professional and very very knowledgeable. They walked me through the entire process showing me stains in my carpet that were not visible to the eye and explained what processes could be used to remove them. They then provided me a quote for four different levels of cleaning, all were quite affordable! I chose the Deodorize option and my carpets look brand new! All of the stains have come out and my carpet now smells nice and fresh. I would highly recommend Colonial Dry-Chem for all your carpet and upholstery needs. They also do curtains, tile and grout, hardwood floors and granite. You will not be disappointed in choosing them for your needs!

I have used Colonial Chemdry a number of times to clean carpets in my house and in my rental unit. I am always very satisfied with their work. From Betty, the person on the phone, to whichever cleaner comes, they are all pleasant, courteous and very competent. I recommend the company without reservation.

I had them take a heavily soiled carpet to their shop and they returned a much cleaner carpet. I didn't know if it was even possible to get it as clean as they did. I was told it took a total of four cleanings. Well worth the price of $400 for a 12 x 12 carpet.

Colonial Chem-Dry was a pleasure to do business with. They were able to meet my schedule. The technician was professional and friendly. I was not planning to have my kitchen tile floor cleaned but I saw that service on their website and I questioned him about it - he explained it and did it, turned out great! I had them return to clean my sectional sofa - another good job. I recommend this business.

Outstanding service. Our furniture looks like brand new. We will most definitely have Colonial Chem-Dry back each year. Excellent value and service!
